Revolutionizing The Student Experience

The Courage Campaign is a youth driven program that combines the power of movement with self-reflection to foster personal development, confidence, and excellence.

BOLD MOVES.

2024’s yearlong, sweaty, community-driven & instructor-led fundraiser.

Fear transformation begins here.

Ashley and Mark started the Courage Campaign in 2018 to leverage movement and the power of intention to redefine one's relationship with fear and attain new levels of personal empowerment.  They work with students, teachers, administrators, and more on the topics of courage, resilience, and inclusivity.

Our mission is to revolutionize the student experience using movement, journaling, and critical conversations to unlock self-limiting beliefs, enable agency, and accelerate the closure of the opportunity gap in education.

  • “Witnessing the growth of The Courage Campaign from idea to implementation has been a joy. 7 years ago I had my first personal experience with the magic that happens in a room with founder Ashley Mitchell. The benefits of journaling while working out allowed for a level of thoughtfulness and vulnerability not usually accessed during crew practice at my son’s high school. As a therapist, witnessing the benefit of engaging in mind, body and soul connection through this practice was incredible. I can’t imagine what group or age of human wouldn’t benefit from the work of The Courage Campaign.”
