Katie (KTB) has coached various fitness formats in and around the Boston area for over a decade. Whether it be indoor cycling, strength training, running marathons, or practicing yoga, Katie’s most natural state is in motion. She is a Senior Lead instructor at B/SPOKE Studios, a lululemon ambassador, holds a B.S. in Health Sciences from Northeastern University, is a NASM certified personal trainer, and 200 HR RYT. Katie’s ultimate goal is to guide her clients towards finding their inner strength, both on and off the mat. No matter what your fitness level or knowledge might be, you will always be welcome in Katie’s class and encouraged to move in a way that makes you feel strong and confident.
